Water Use Plan Order Review (WUPOR)

  • WUPOR Report [PDF, 11.5 MB] – The Report was submitted to the B.C. Comptroller of Water Rights on January 14, 2019. The Report includes for the Comptroller of Water Rights' consideration recommendations and conclusions that reflect the current status and outcomes of the ordered WUP implementation. BC Hydro initiated this review to fulfil our commitment to complete the 13 Steps of the provincial Water Use Plan Guidelines. BC Hydro considers the ordered implementation of the Jordan River Water Use Plan a success and is committed to maintaining the ordered operations that benefit fish and fish habitat in the Jordan River basin.
  • WUPOR Environmental Synthesis Report [PDF, 2.8 MB] – Summaries results from five monitoring programs and outlines whether benefits anticipated by the WUP Consultative Committee (CC) are being realised under the ordered operating constraints. The report's outcomes are incorporated into the WUPOR Report.
