William Duvall

William Duvall is the Board Chair of the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and a lawyer with extensive operational management and leadership experience across diverse sectors. He is a municipal solicitor with the District of North Vancouver and his career has included positions in various public sector settings along with private sector law firms. William has been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia since 2002, and his early years of practice focused on labour and employment law.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia, and Masters of Laws from the University of Toronto.
