	Flat rates arrive

Starting April 1, there's no more tiered pricing for energy and demand charges (and baselines aren't required) for BC Hydro Large and Medium General Service customers. That's because we just received approval for flat rates for businesses. Also this month, we look at how pairing up custodians yields surprising operational savings at Nanaimo Ladysmith schools. And our regional energy managers Ida Keung and Mary Zuccaro share examples of ways you can fine-tune your equipment use, saving money immediately.
