Dharmesh Gandhi

Senior Vice-President, Technology & Chief Information Officer

Dharmesh Gandhi is BC Hydro’s Senior Vice-President of Technology and Chief Information Officer. Dharmesh joined BC Hydro in 2022 and became part of the executive team in September 2025.

Dharmesh oversees the enterprise technology strategy for BC Hydro. His team supports cybersecurity and compliance, enterprise solutions, analytics, architecture, and more. These groups deliver transformative projects, provide modern and efficient solutions, and shape the digital future of the organization.

Prior to joining BC Hydro in 2022, Dharmesh held progressive executive leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at SaskEnergy, Director of SAP Operations and Enterprise Analytics at SaskPower Corporation, and key technology leadership positions with global consulting firms.

He holds an Executive MBA from the University of Regina.
