Lower Columbia River fish management plan

The Consultative Committee recommended an adaptive management plan to address fish stranding impacts and protect spawning and rearing of mountain whitefish and rainbow trout populations in the lower Columbia River. The Plan includes several monitoring programs to assess the effectiveness of flow decisions on fish populations.
