Customer portal

We’re pleased to provide an information sharing portal for our transmission customers. Customers can register to become a BC Hydro eligible customer, access and/or update their registration documentation, procure their daily settlement reports, acquire their monthly invoices, get transaction information, access Agreements and studies, and submit issues or queries for our response.
