It's a tough time for many B.C. businesses, but CleanBC has rolled out a new Commercial Express program aimed at making it easier for building owners and operators to fuel switch and access heat pump incentives in particular. Also this month, in response to several requests in our recent Alliance communication survey, we've put a list of current incentive programs all in one place. And at least one B.C. energy manager is calling for consultants to swing for the fences on GHG reductions.
