General Wheeling Service Rates and Rate Schedule 3817
BC Hydro has an agreement with FortisBC (Rate Schedule 3817) for the wheeling of electricity over BC Hydro transmission lines, and fees are charged for that service.
The table below shows the annual Wheeling Rate to each Point of Interconnection. The Wheeling Rate is updated annually on October 1 in the Electric Tariff.
The rate adjustment below is Statistics Canada's B.C. Consumer Price Index annual rate of inflation for July of the calendar year in which the rate adjustment is made.
