Our 2023/24 Annual Service Plan Report was published on August 30, 2024.

It shares the actual results of our organization's performance against the expected results identified in our 2024/25 – 2026/27 Service Plan, published in February 2024, which were shaped by the Board Chair's Mandate Letter.
