F2026-F2027 Revenue Requirements Application: Approved F2027 OATT Rates

Further to BC Hydro’s compliance with BCUC Order No. G-76-25, and further to the bulletins posted on March 27, 2025, the BCUC has approved and executed tariff pages for Fiscal 2027 (effective April 1, 2026). Included in these tariff pages are rate changes for the OATT Attachment H, Schedule 00, Schedule 01, and Schedule 03 which starts on page 412 of the pdf.


Extended Windows for Good Friday

Business System Update - REMINDER

Further to the bulletin posted on March 17, 2026, BC Hydro reminds its OATT customers that it will be updating one of its business systems (MODS) in the Production environment.  There is expecting to be one hour system outage starting from 10 am. Please schedule around the outage window and contact Avis Yang 604 649-7211 if you experience any issue.

Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) Attachment K – West Kelowna Transmission Project

British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (BC Hydro) works with stakeholders on system planning in accordance with Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) Attachment K.

As part of the system planning, BC Hydro has commenced West Kelowna Transmission Project (WKTP) to reinforce the transmission network delivering clean, reliable electricity to Westbank First Nation, West Kelowna, Peachland, and parts of Summerland.  BC Hydro is inviting eligible customers and interested parties to provide further comments on the transmission plan development for West Kelowna; any comments can be sent to TransmissionPlanning@bchydro.com. The deadline for comments is January 31, 2025.
