RFP informational meeting registration

As part of our 2024 Call for Power process, we will be hosting two Request for Proposals (RFP) informational meetings on May 14 (virtual) and May 16 (in person), in accordance with Section 5.6 of the RFP.

As outlined in Section 5.6 of the RFP, we are holding these Informational Meetings for registered Proponents and their affiliates, which should be identified by the registered Proponent’s primary contact through the Informational Meeting registration process.

First Nations representatives are also invited to attend.

Attendance at an Informational Meeting is at the discretion of the registered Proponents and First Nations, but registered Proponents who do not attend will be deemed to have received all of the information made available to attendees.

In addition, representatives from the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) will be available at both sessions to share information about the loan products they are offering under the Call for Power.

Since the same information will be provided at both sessions, register for only one of the virtual (May 14) or in-person (May 16) meetings.

The deadline to register for the May 14 (virtual) session is May 13; the deadline to register for the May 16 (in-person) session is May 10. Each registrant must complete a registration to attend either of the Informational Meetings.

Note: Because of space limitations at the in-person session (May 16), attendance for each First Nation or registered Proponent will be limited to 2 attendees on a first-come-first-served basis. Other attendees are invited to attend the virtual event.
