You have several options to pay your BC Hydro bill.
Most banks offer online banking and bill payment services. Visit your bank's website and select BC Hydro as a payee. You can also pay in person at your local branch.
Pay your bills automatically from your bank account. You can enroll for pre-authorized payments online or set up pre-authorized payments by mailing in a form. You'll need your bank account details (found on your cheque).
You will be directed to the full site to log in to MyHydro to set-up an equal payment plan.

To make equal payments each month, set up an equal payment plan. Your last 12 months of consumption determine your equal payment amounts.

You can pay by MasterCard using Paymentus, a third-party service that charges a fee for each payment you make. Make a one-time payment, or set up recurring payments.
To pay with your credit card over the phone, call Paymentus at 1 877 543 8357.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is a convenient way for your company to make payments and avoid the time needed to create, process and send multiple cheque payments. You must be a BC Hydro business customer to qualify.
Complete the EFT request form.
To have your bill sent to your Canada Post epost mailbox, log in to your epost account at epost.ca and select 'Add new bill or statement' on the registration page.

If you're outside of the Lower Mainland, you can pay your BC Hydro bill by cash, cheque or debit at a Service BC location.
If you can't pay before your bill is due, you may be able to make a one-time payment deferral. Payment deferrals are granted if the account is in good standing and all past payment arrangements have been made.
If the amount owing is not paid by the due date on your bill, a late payment charge will be applied and your credit rating with BC Hydro may be impacted.
You will be directed to the full site to log in to MyHydro to defer a payment.
If you've made a payment after the due date, you can avoid disruption of your service by providing us with details of your payment using our online service.
