BC Hydro Market Policy and Operations invites you to attend a one and one-half day scheduling workshop. This educational workshop will provide an overview of the BC power system, long-term transmission service, and short-term transmission service including TTC/ATC, scheduling tools, transmission reservations and processing, designating transmission reservations to energy schedules, curtailments and interruptions, loss compensation service, network economy, settlements and billing, and pre-schedule pre-emption and competition.

This workshop will interest existing customers who wish to get a better understanding of BC Hydro’s Open Access Transmission Tariff, scheduling practices, the pre-schedule pre-emption and competition process and timelines, and associated Business Practices.
