Can we contact you in the future about BC Hydro energy management programs that may become available?
Programs may include incentives for charging your EV at specific times to reduce the amount of electricity being used during peak-demand periods, such as cold winter evenings.

FortisBC electricity customers can apply for a rebate on the FortisBC website.

Step 2 of 3: Property details

Where was the charger installed?

This application is applicable to single-family homes, duplexes, mobile homes, manufactured homes and row homes in B.C.

A building that is divided into two living units or residences, usually with separate entrances.

Don't see your type of residence?

If you live in an apartment, condo, or townhome, use the condo/apartment/townhome application form.

Did you need to upgrade your home's electrical service to install your EV charger?

For example, did you upgrade from 100-amp service to 200-amp, or from 200-amp service to 400-amp?

Was the residence built more than six months prior to the charger installation?

Sorry, you're not eligible

It may be ineligible, or it may not be in our system yet. Check to make sure it meets our charger eligibility criteria, then type in the brand name and select use this brand name as entered.
