BC Hydro has partnered with the Capture Photography Festival to host a public art installation on the west façade of the Dal Grauer Substation, on Burrard Street in Vancouver. The artwork is by Canadian designer and photographer, Jessica Eaton whose work has been shown across Canada and internationally.
