(1) COPE FTT employees are eligible for dental benefits after 12 consecutive months of employment.
(2) M&P FTT employees are eligible for dental benefits on the January 1st following their date of hire.
(3) M&P FTT employees receive 10 per cent pay bi-weekly in lieu of flex days.
(4) IBEW FTT employees are eligible for dental benefits after three consecutive months of employment.
