Alouette-Stave-Ruskin Water Use Plan Order Review public meeting
Please join us on September 14 to learn about the Alouette-Stave-Ruskin Water Use Plan Order Review (WUPOR). We will be providing an overview of the review process, potential issues to be considered, engagement timelines, and key milestones for the next year.
The Alouette and Stave Water Use Plans were developed to provide a better balance between competing water uses. The WUPOR is the final step in implementing the provincial Water Use Planning guidelines.
The Alouette-Stave-Ruskin WUPOR began in May 2019 and is being undertaken on an integrated, system-wide basis. It is expected that the outcome will be a single Order for the Alouette-Stave-Ruskin System moving forward rather than separate Orders for Alouette and Stave-Ruskin.
