Accenture Contract
As part of our commitment to transparency and disclosure, BC Hydro has placed the contracts which define the relationship between BC Hydro and Accenture on this website. The contracts have been edited (or "redacted") to remove only that information which could, because of its commercially sensitive nature, cause either BC Hydro or Accenture to suffer commercial harm.
On January 31, 2003 BC Hydro and Accenture entered into the Limited Partnership Agreement, which established Accenture Business Services of British Columbia Limited Partnership (ABSBCLP). This agreement was amended and restated effective April 1, 2006.

On April 1, 2003 BC Hydro and Accenture entered into the Master Services Agreement, which defined the terms and conditions under which Accenture would provide services to BC Hydro. The Amended and Restated Master Services Agreement came into effect on April 1, 2006.
