BC Hydro strives to ensure all employees work with clear expectations, receive meaningful feedback on their performance as well as appropriate outcomes for that performance.

The M&P results are based on "active" employees only. Anomalies such as retirees whose work is project-based and who do not establish a performance plan are regarded as active and would account for the remaining one to two per cent.

Work is continuing to track COPE & IBEW completion. Anecdotal evidence coupled with random sampling indicates a high degree of completion (80 per cent or greater).
