If your proposal is found to be compatible, you will receive a Right Of Way (ROW) Compatible Use Notice to sign and return before work or the proposal begins.
Please allow a minimum of five working days for processing the application and four to six weeks for review and response to the proposal.
Do not start construction activity on the BC Hydro ROW until you have received the ROW Compatible Use Notice and if applicable have had an on-site meeting with BC Hydro to review safety procedures.
Please remember the following:
- Once you receive the ROW Compatible Use Notice please provide BC Hydro with a minimum of three working days notice prior to work beginning to arrange an on-site visit;
- Quote your assignment number;
- Have copies of the ROW Compatible Use Notice or letter agreement at the work site at all times.
You will receive a tracking number for your request and instructions on how to submit supporting documents within five working days.
