Outcome of the Process

On December 17, 2010, BC Hydro selected six qualified proposals under the Community-Based Biomass Power Call RFQ ("CBB RFQ") for projects on the integrated system, representing approximately 85 GWh per year of electricity, to engage in bilateral negotiations with the respondents with the objective of concluding Electricity Purchase Agreements ("EPAs") that provide cost-effective electricity. Such negotiations did not form part of the RFQ process and may or may not have resulted in EPAs being awarded.
