Help us test a new EV feature for HydroHome
We're inviting select customers to help us test a new feature we're planning for the HydroHome app. Sign up below to help us create a great experience for our customers.
What's the new feature?
Designed for electric vehicle (EV) drivers, the new feature would allow you to view and manage your EV's charging schedule, in the same space where you manage other smart home devices.
This can help our customers optimize their charging schedule to meet their needs and to charge outside of peak times, which helps them save money if they're on an optional time-of-day rate.
How the testing will work
We're looking for about 50 customers to help us test the new feature.
We'll update your HydroHome app to include the new EV feature.
We'll email you with instructions to pair the app with your EV, and a series of short tasks that we'd like you to perform to help us test the feature.
Testing will be open for two weeks. We'll confirm the start and end dates once participants have been selected.
After the testing period, you'll receive a survey to provide feedback about your experience with the new feature.
Those who complete the tasks and the survey will receive a $25 London Drugs gift card in appreciation of their time.
