2025 Call for Power Informational Meetings

As part of our 2025 Call for Power, we’re hosting two virtual Request for Proposals (RFP) Informational Meetings on September 25 and October 2, in accordance with Addendum 1 of the RFP found in 2025 Call for Power documents.

As outlined in Section 5.6 of the RFP, these Informational Meetings are for registered Proponents and their Affiliates (see Schedule 1 to register for the RFP). First Nations representatives are also invited to attend.

Attendance at an Informational Meeting is at the discretion of the registered Proponents and First Nations, but registered Proponents who do not attend will be deemed to have received all the information made available to attendees.

Representatives from the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB) will also be available at both sessions to share information.

A Microsoft Teams meeting link will be emailed to First Nations and registered Proponents that sign up for an Informational Meeting at least one day before the event. If our records show you are not a First Nation or registered Proponent, you will not receive the meeting link.
 

Dates and registration deadlines

The first Informational Meeting will be held on September 25, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and the deadline to register is September 24, 2025 by 3:00 p.m.

The second Informational Meeting will be held on October 2, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and the deadline to register is October 1, 2025 by 3:00 p.m.

The same information will be provided at both meetings. Please note that times are subject to change, and those who sign up will receive any updates by email.
