Lost power? Check the outage map to see if we're aware of the outage. If your outage isn't shown, call 1 800 BCHYDRO (1 800 224 9376) or *HYDRO (*49376) on your mobile or log in to report it online.

Downed power line? Report to 911

A downed or damaged power line is an emergency. Always consider the line live even if it isn't sparking, smoking, or making a buzzing sound. Stay back 10 metres (the length of a bus) and report to 911.
