Lost power? Check the outage map to see if we're aware of the outage. You can also download the BC Hydro app to see outage information specific to your home.

If your outage isn't shown on the map or in the app, call 1 800 BCHYDRO (1 800 224 9376) or *HYDRO (*49376) on your mobile or log in to report it online.

Downed power line? Report to 911

A downed or damaged power line is an emergency. Always consider the line live even if it isn't sparking, smoking, or making a buzzing sound. Stay back 10 metres (the length of a bus) and report to 911.
