epost

epost™ is Canada Post's online bill presentment service and is another way for you to receive and manage your BC Hydro bill. It's free, convenient and environmentally friendly.

With epost™ you can:

• Get all the online features of bchydro.com paperless billing
• Get your bills delivered to a safe, secure, centralized location
• Store your bills for up to seven years for free
• In addition to your BC Hydro bill, you can store other utility bills, credit card bills and other secure documents.
• Set up email reminders and delivery notifications

epost™ users also have two additional ways to pay their BC Hydro bill:

• Set up a link from epost™ to your online banking website
• If epost™ "powers" the electronic bill presentment portion of your online banking website, you can view and pay your bill at the same time at your bank online. Most financial institutions are linked to epost.

Eligibility

• Either an existing bchydro.com login or one of your last two paper bills is required to sign up
• A standard BC Hydro billing account (one account per bill). At this time consolidated accounts (more than one account per bill) are not eligible for epost™
