Identify Your Meter Reader
Your meter reader wears a uniform that identifies him or her.
The BC Hydro logo appears on the front of a jacket or shirt.
Meter readers access your property on foot, or by car, boat, or bicycle, depending on your location. The meter reader may carry a small, black, hand-held processor or a clipboard. Meter readers carry a black "dog stopper" umbrella. Meter readers will produce identification upon request.
