Moving your BC Hydro service is easy
You've found a new home. Now leave the complicated stuff to us. To start, move or stop your service online, you will need:
> Your new address and phone number
> If you're renting, your landlord's name and phone number

New BC Hydro customersTo start your first service, create a BC Hydro Profile (or log in if you already have one) and select 'Set up a new service'. Existing customersTo Add an additional service, log in or register your existing account and select 'Set up a new service'. To Move your service, log in or register your account and select 'Move your service'. To Stop your service, log in or register your account and select 'Cancel your service'. BC Hydro charges $12.40 + HST to set up service at a new location. This fee will appear on your first bill.
