LiveSmart BC 10% Incentive

LiveSmart BC is funding an additional 10% incentive on top of BC Hydro's current program incentives. Apply to the Product Incentive Program and receive the 10% incentive automatically.

Program updates and policy changes

Receipts policy

Receipts & invoices from retailers such as big box hardware stores are not eligible for a PIP application form and will not be accepted.

Lighting products & Power Smart Alliance

Also, all lighting products must be purchased from an approved Power Smart Alliance distributor to be eligible for an incentive. Contact your distributor for the ID number or  our helpdesk at 1 866 522 4713 if you require assistance.

Industrial customer eligibility

Effective April 1, 2012, new eligibility criteria applies to industrial customers: BC Hydro Industrial Distribution customers that consume $20,000 or less of electricity annually are eligible for PIP.
