Atlin RFEIThe Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) for a long-term Energy Purchase Agreement to supply power to Atlin is now closed. Independent Power Producers (IPPs) were invited to apply in May 2005, to supply a peak energy load of 1.3 MW immediately with potential to increase to 2.0 MW within 10 years. Learn more about the Atlin RFEI. Fort Nelson RFEOIBC Hydro is currently examining options in the Fort Nelson area to meet the anticipated need for new energy and capacity. The Fort Nelson RFEOI closed on October 19, 2007.
