Tracey L. McVicar

Ms. McVicar joined CAI, a private equity firm active in the North American mid-market, in 2002, and is responsible for CAI's investments in western Canada and for building and maintaining CAI's relationships with investors, referral sources and companies that represent potential investments in western Canada.
Between 1990 and 2001, Ms. McVicar was an investment banker with RBC Dominion Securities Inc. (now RBC Capital Markets) and Goepel Shields & Partners (now Raymond James Ltd.) in Toronto and Vancouver. She received a B.Comm. (Finance) from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and is a CFA Charterholder.
Ms. McVicar is currently Chair of GLM Industries Inc. and a director of CCS Inc., both of which are CAI portfolio companies. She is also a director of VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation, UBC Investment Management Trust, the BC Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, Central City Foundation and the UBC Portfolio Management Foundation.
