Falls River

  • Project initiated October 2002 and completed May 2003.
  • Consultative Committee Report and draft Water Use Plan submitted to the Comptroller of Water Rights in December 2003.
  • Executive summary [PDF, 44 Kb] of Consultative Committee Report provides an overview of the water use planning process and outcomes.
  • Water Use Plan [PDF, 482 Kb] accepted by the Comptroller of Water Rights and implemented in April 2006.
  • Monitoring Program Terms of Reference [PDF, 943 Kb] accepted by the Comptroller of Water Rights in November 2006.

Peace River

  • Project initiated February 2001 and completed May 2003.
  • Consultative Committee Report issued May 2004.
  • Draft Water Use Plan pending review by the B.C. Cabinet in accordance with Energy Policy.
