If you've never seen your graph
The consumption graph uses data from smart meters. If you have a smart meter and have never seen your graph, please contact our customer service department at 604 224 9376 or 1 800 224 9376.
If you have a radio-off smart meter, your graph will be updated after we manually downloads the information from the meter at your home. This may be monthly or bi-monthly, depending on how often the meter is visited. This delay does not affect your bill.
