When is my bill due?
Billing and payment due date
We provide detailed information about your bill amount and due date. Where you find that information depends on whether your bill is paper, a PDF or if you’re viewing it online. Here’s how to find billing and payment information.
Paper & PDF bills
Your total due is highlighted at the top of your bill. If your account is up to date, you will see Total Due with the due date, which is within 21 days of the billing date.
If your account is overdue, we separate payment information so you can see the Overdue amount (in red) due immediately, Current charges for that billing period with the due date (in blue) and the combined total (in grey).
Online (HTML) bills
Online, we’re able to provide up-to-date information, including when the bill was issued and payment received.
At the top of your online account, the balance owing is displayed along with information about making a payment online, setting up auto-pay and linking to your Bill & payment history. If you have set up an auto-payment, you’ll see the next withdrawal date.
You will also see your due date and more details about your current billing period in the Your bill highlights section.
