It may not take particularly strong winds to cause power outages this fall and winter, as trees weakened by a near-record dry season in B.C. are at great risk of losing limbs or being toppled during storms.

And that means that we should be prepared for the power to go out. But how much do you know about staying safe during outages and other emergencies?
