If the following applies to you, contact BC Hydro Customer Service at 1 800 BCHYDRO (1 800 224 9376) to move your account. Some of our busiest call times are Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and noon, and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. You may have a shorter wait time if you give us a call outside of these times.
