How do I cancel pre-authorized payments?

Cancel pre-authorized payments

To cancel your pre-authorized payments, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to MyHydro
  2. Select Account settings
  3. Under Payment settings, select Pre-authorized payments Cancel

Please cancel auto-pay at least two business days before the next scheduled payment withdrawal date to stop pre-authorized payments. If you don't have a MyHydro Profile, you'll need to create one first to access your account.
