Change your auto-pay payment date
If you’re making pre-authorized payments, you can change your withdrawal date. To change dates, follow these steps:
- Log in to MyHydro
- Select Account settings
- Under Payment settings, select Pre-authorized payments Change
- Select a new withdrawal period
If you can't pay before the bill is due, you may be able to defer a payment.
If you don't have a MyHydro Profile, you'll need to create one first to access your account.
