You can find the 16 digit MAC ID and Installation Code on the back of your Energy Monitor. This information will help us identify your device and diagnose any technical issues you may be experiencing.

BC Hydro cannot accept 3rd party (private) information without express consent of that person or entity. (Information that is not otherwise found in a phone book, or items that would not be supplied on a business card.) At BC Hydro's discretion, BC Hydro will reject documents that are deemed to contain 3rd party information, and request a resubmission that omits such content.
