Our Sustainable Communities program helps local governments improve their energy efficiency and reduce your GHGs by providing expertise, education and financial incentives.
Funds and resources are available for:
Community energy and emissions plan
A comprehensive, long-term plan designed to limit energy consumption and the creation of greenhouse gases, and to improve energy efficiency.
Include an energy component in a community planning process to improve energy-efficiency for buildings and land use.
Community energy manager
A dedicated resource within local government responsible for the CEEP implementation and other energy solutions and policy options.

A junior resource within local government, dedicated to driving community-wide energy efficiency.
