Program updates

Effective Feburary 29, 2016 at 5 p.m. PST

The commercial kitchen incentive offer will only be available until February 29, 2016. Projects pre-approved prior to this date will not be impacted.

January 6, 2014 at 5 p.m. PST

We now allow you to add controls to your previous lighting projects, so long as:

  • The previous project includes lighting configurations that do not already have controls added
  • The new controls project is submitted within 12 months of the previous project's declaration date

About the program

We provide large commercial customers with incentives for quick and simple one-to-one retrofits. Use the self-serve online application to get immediate online approval for your project and access tiered incentives that reflect your organization's true energy savings, actual hours of operations and payback time.

For larger more complex energy efficiency projects, submit your projects through implementation funding.

1. Confirm your eligibility
Large commercial, government and institutional customers that spend more than $200,000 annually on electricity and have a Key Account Manager are eligible to apply.

 

2. Plan your upgrade and get approval

Login to the online application and enter in your project details such as what you’re planning to retrofit, hours of operation and project costs.

Confirm your existing configurations and tell us what you are upgrading to. Eligible configurations and products are listed in the e.Catalog.

Projects must be approved before starting. When your project is approved, you will receive an approval email.

Projects may be randomly selected for pre-inspection after the application is submitted. It’s recommended that your installer is present at the time of the inspection.

3. Complete your project and submit your declaration

Submit your project declaration with all invoices and supporting documents.

4. Receive your incentive Incentives are mailed out after your application and supporting documents have been processed.
