We’re making some exciting upgrades to bchydro.com that require system outages, which means areas of bchydro.com may be unavailable for 15-minute periods each day.
During these brief periods you may be unable to complete tasks in the Accounts & Billing area of the site, such as updating and/or activing your BC Hydro Profile. We thank you for your patience and ask that you return to the site later to complete your tasks.
How the upgrades will improve your experience
Watch for a new-look mix of tools and information in the "My Account" section of bchydro.com that make it easier and more convenient for you to access services and manage your account online.
Included are upgrades and enhancements to tools so that you can easily:
- Go paperless, view your online bill and your transaction history
- Set up a payment plan
- Start, cancel or move your service
