Pre-authorized Payment
With Pre-authorized Payment, there's no more fuss with envelopes or stamps. It's the fastest, safest way to pay your Hydro bill. Automatic payment assures your payment will always arrive on time – even when you're away.
You'll still receive bills showing your meter readings, usage, and current charges to date. If you've signed up to access your account online, you'll double your convenience by receiving your bill over the Internet.
How to Apply
All you need to participate in automatic payment is an account at any financial institution that provides banking and chequing facilities. If you make changes to your bank account, just let us know, and we'll make arrangements with you so your payments can continue uninterrupted. (Check with your financial institution about service charges.)
