Born and raised in Pitt Meadows, Morrison took a circuitous route to becoming a Canuck - from college stardom at Michigan to breaking into the NHL with the New Jersey Devils… Morrison rejoiced at being acquired by the Canucks in the Alex Mogilny trade of 2000, then thrived as the centre on the most feared line in Canucks history, between Markus Naslund and Todd Bertuzzi… Coquitlam is his year-round home and he shares it with wife Erin, their son Brayden and daughters Makenna and Kailyn.
