Kamloops native and longtime weather junkie Madryga has been with Global since breaking in as the noon weather guy in 1994.
He's now one of B.C.'s biggest TV celebrities – helped by bona fide “hottie” status that's tempered only by the fact he lives in White Rock with wife Laureen, kids Matthew and Tessa and their two cats.
