To qualify for this program, you must be a BC Hydro residential customer living in a low-income household. Your combined household income (which includes the income of every 18 years or older member in the household) must be below the Low-Income Cut-Off (LICO) as published by Statistics Canada. Low-income cutoffs vary by where you live (population) and by the number of people in your household.

The entire kit would retail at about $75. Individual items vary in prices from different retailers. However, customers will find that many of the products in the kit can be purchased at very reasonable prices (e.g. less than $5 retail) and will provide significant energy savings.
