Back in March, we invited businesses in B.C. to join the Power Smart Partner Recognition Program [PDF, 58 Kb] and sign a conservation pledge. And those who got it done by April 17 were eligible for a special prize draw.
Langley's vegetable greenhouse operation Glenwood Valley Farms didn't hesitate to submit their pledge and won the draw. This past month, Power Smart treated the company's staff to a barbecue lunch featuring prizes and speakers including the amazing Run For One Planet duo of Stephanie Tait and Matt Hill.
