Power Smart New Home Program
Meet the challenge of satisfying municipal demands and increasing consumer demand for cost-efficient and comfortable homes. Qualified homes receive a Power Smart label and an EnerGuide rating which tells buyers they are purchasing a home that helps save money each year. Learn more.
