Past Plans

BC Hydro regularly develops long-term electricity plans to identify how much electricity customers will need in the future, when it will be needed and how to best meet those needs. 

The next long-term electricity plan – the 2011 Integrated Resource Plan – will be filed with the Government of British Columbia in November 2011.

The 2008 Long-Term Acquisition Plan is BC Hydro’s most recently completed long-term electricity plan.
