About Electricity Planning

BC Hydro’s long-term electricity planning has taken different forms over the years. Recently, documentation has included the 2008 Long-Term Acquisition Plan and the 2006 Integrated Electricity Plan. BC Hydro is currently working towards filing its Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) with government in November 2011. Information will be provided here on the IRP process as it becomes available.
